Julie Molera is a native of El Paso, Texas, where she attended the University of Texas at El Paso, finally ending up at Arizona State University. An accomplished athlete, Julie swam competitively in the 100-meter breast and back strokes and the 50-meter freestyle, and has also participated in numerous triathlons. She also enjoys hiking and walking her dog, Bogey, as well as encouraging her two sons in their athletic and academic ventures.
Julie began her legal career in 1993, working as the legal assistant and office manager for a small law firm in Tucson. She served as the lead paralegal for a prominent local criminal defense attorney, actively involved in several capital murder cases, among other matters. She has also worked as a legal assistant for two of Phoenix’s larger law firms, where she gained substantial experience in complex civil litigation, assisting in several high profile cases. She has also mastered the integration of law and technology, becoming floor leader for technologically-related issues at a large, Dallas-area law firm.
Julie joined Robbins & Curtin in August of 2011. The firm, she says, “melds the best of both small and large law firms. Our cases are large and complex, requiring the skills I gained in the large firms. However, our clients are people, not corporations or large entities, and I love the satisfaction of helping each individual obtain justice through our legal system.”
